We have managed the FF&E Procurement for projects of all sizes, including Resorts and Hotels, Food and Beverage Outlets, Casinos, Day Spas, retail and Commercial, Sales and Display Centres, Exclusive private residences, Mixed Use Residential Towers and Aged Care Facilities.
We have a long history and strong partnerships with manufacturers in Australia, Asia, USA, Europe and the UAE to ensure the best possible products can be sourced within each project’s budgetary requirements. We also oversee the manufacture of custom made pieces both locally and overseas at critical stages for quality assurance. DBI Procurement is highly experienced in all freight forwarding, customs clearance, delivery and installation, thus ensuring an on-time and on-budget project completion.
DBI Procurement acts as a Consultant to the Client and receives a fee for the provision of the services. While we manage the entire process on the client’s behalf, all FF&E purchases are between the Client and the various Suppliers. We negotiate with the suppliers on the client’s behalf and present wholesale prices directly from the source. DBI Procurement receives no commissions or benefits from tenders, suppliers or other parties associated with the Project so the client can be assured they are receiving the best possible pricing for their project.
DBI Procurement can project manage the FF&E process from concept design and furniture selection, through to cost planning, purchasing and installation. We work closely with our clients and the wider project team to deliver quality FF&E within budget and on time.
